Yes — 14-day free trial, no credit card required, for Starter, Pro, and Business plans. Hotels with 30+ rooms are encouraged to book a guided demo instead.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.

Owned hotel: you operate it directly — full PMS, rooms, staff, own ZATCA device. Contracted hotel: another hotel gave you allotment to sell — you don't operate it, but manage contracts, allotment blocks, and B2B invoicing.

Hybrid means you own and operate some hotels directly (owned) while also managing allotment contracts with other hotels (contracted). Example: a company owns 2 Riyadh hotels and sells allotment from 10 Makkah hotels.

Per-plan. When you activate Housekeeping module, it activates across all hotels in your account.

Owned hotels: each hotel gets its own ZATCA CSID (EGS device). Contracted hotels: one company-level CSID signs all B2B invoices with allotment partners. Sutahi manages both automatically. A demo is recommended for this setup.

We accept Mada, VISA, MasterCard, STC Pay, and HyperPay. Pay entirely in SAR. All subscription invoices are issued in SAR and ZATCA-compliant.

Small hotels (< 30 rooms): the setup wizard takes 15–30 minutes. Larger hotels with ZATCA + OTA channels: typically 1 day with our onboarding team via WhatsApp.
