B2B ZATCA Clearance — Required for VAT Deduction
Corporate clients need a ZATCA-cleared tax invoice to deduct input VAT. Without clearance, their finance team will reject the invoice. Sutahi clears B2B invoices synchronously — no delay.
Municipality Tax on Room Charges Only
5% (5-star) or 2.5% (below 5-star) on net room rate. Conference room rental, F&B, and AV equipment are not subject to municipality tax — only accommodation.
